I ordered about 20 pieces of LOVEBYLIBBY bead/stone bracelets and was expecting to receive them a month or so after ordering them. 

Imagine my very happy surprise when the order came in a little over 2 weeks later! It was like Christmas opening each and every one of them carefully and beautifully packaged bracelets. I wanted something unique and special to give as Christmas presents for our Godchildren and the bracelets more than met my expectations. Each and everyone is specific to the person it is meant for. Libby used birthstones for the bracelets and packaged them with individual notes explaining the significance of the stones. So beautiful!

IS YOUR JEWELRY A NETWORK MARKETING COMPANY?

 

We are a small jewelry business. All pieces are designed and made by hand. All jewelry displayed on the online shop and social media are made with love and care by Libby. 

 

Most of the jewelry Libby crafts are limited pieces. Once sold out, we do not produce the same product unless it is high in demand by the customers. 

 

IS YOUR JEWELRY REAL GOLD OR STERLING SILVER?

 

No, it is not 100% Gold. Some of our metal pieces are 925 sterling silver and will be stated in the description. Most of our metals are plated gold, aluminum, rhodium, or stainless steel.

 

Some of our pieces are hypoallergenic, and nickel-free metals. We are currently working to better our materials.

 

Some pieces are also mixed with metals and alloys.

 

We are currently working on water-resistant, tarnish-free, and seawater-resistant metal. 

 

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

 

Each order comes with care instructions.

 

Between wearings, we recommend that you place the jewelry back in its original case (felt bag, burlap bag, etc.). If your jewelry does not come with a case, please put it in a suitably lined box or pouch. You can request a pouch from us in the comment section at checkout.

 

WHAT IF AN ITEM I LIKE IS OUT OF STOCK?

 

Send an email to libby@lovebylibby.com and inquire about the item. We will do our best to restock it for you depending on the materials on hand.
