PICK UP

(GUAM RESIDENTS)

Now that we are located on the beautiful island of Guåhan, pick-up orders are now available under the CASH & DELIVERY submit button upon check out.

Details will be sent via Email, Text, or WhatsApp once the order is processed and ready. We do not disclose pick-up/delivery information publicly for the safety and security of our customers and the staff of LOVEBYLIBBY.

 

Pick-up dates are once a week. (Usually on a Saturday or Sunday or at pop up shop.)

 

If you have an urgent request for jewelry to be picked up on the same date of purchase please leave a comment upon check out. LOVEBYLIBBY will send a response. You may also send a message via Instagram to @love.by.libby. (A fee may be applied depending on availability.)

For Cash on Delivery, you will be opt-out of the shipping fee, select "Cash on Delivery" as your shipping method. LOVEBYLIBBY will contact you for delivery details.

Libby would love to meet up with you and showcase her pieces in person. There will be a minimum purchase of $25.00.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as they are processed. Processing time takes  1-3 days for in-stock pieces, sometimes less. 

Made-to-order / Customized pieces take 1-2 weeks depending on the materials on hand.

We do our best to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. 

 

Merchandise is shipped by USPS mail at an estimated time frame from 5-14 days depending on USPS. This option does not include insurance.

 

You have the option to ship USPS PRIORITY mail at an estimated time frame from 4-10 days depending on USPS. This option includes insurance.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

We recommend customers to provide a secure delivery address. We are not responsible for lost/stolen merchandise once orders have been shipped and a tracking number is provided to the customer. LOVEBYLIBBY WILL DO OUR BEST TO SERVICE YOU.

Note: Priority mail shipping includes insurance in case of loss or damaged merchandise during delivery.
